• Incoterms: We primarily operate under EXW, FOB, or CIF terms. Please specify your preferred Incoterm during the quoting process.

• Documentation: We provide all necessary commercial invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin to ensure smooth customs clearance in your country.

• Import Duties: Please note that import taxes, duties, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Commitment to Precision and Quality Assurance

• Free blades replacement for manufacturing defects prior 15 days

• Approved Drawing-eligible blades are not supported to refund

• Not customized blades are accepted for the return within 30 days delivery

Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original protective packaging (rust-preventative oil and edge-guards intact).

• Express Air Freight (DHL/FedEx/UPS): Recommended for urgent replacement blades or small-to-medium orders. Average delivery: 3–7 business days.

• Sea Freight (LCL/FCL): The most cost-effective solution for bulk stock orders and heavy industrial knives (e.g., large shredder blocks or 4-meter shears).

• Air Cargo: A balanced solution for mid-weight shipments requiring faster transit than sea freight

• In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment verification.

• Custom/OEM Orders: Lead times vary based on technical complexity and material heat-treatment requirements (typically 15–30 business days).

• Tracking: A tracking number and a digital copy of the Inspection Certificate will be emailed to you immediately upon dispatch.
