At Jiuli, we believe a blade is only as good as the molecular structure of its steel. Our 12,000-square-meter facility is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machinery to ensure geometric perfection down to the micron.
To ensure maximum durability, our blades undergo a sophisticated Vacuum Heat Treatment process. By controlling the atmosphere in a vacuum state, we eliminate surface oxidation and achieve a uniform hardness that maximizes both cutting efficiency and tool longevity
